"I look forward to show you the benefits of art on your wellbeing!"
Meet me
My name is Laura Latacz.
I am a certified non-clinical Art Therapist and the founder of Hands-on Art.
In the pandemic year of 2020 I graduated as a certified Art & Creative Therapist at IEK in Berlin. My whole life I have been creating intuitive art as an outlet to express my emotions and obtain more resilience. I am not an artist. In my art sessions you will not learn how to create aesthetically pleasing art. Instead you will learn how art can release negative feelings like stress and anxiety. The creative process can contribute to a better understanding of certain emotions and situations. Making art under my supervision will enable more self-reflection and eventually help you to find more balance and overall positivism in your life.

Empowering art program
-
I have developed an art therapy program that helps people empower themselves through art-making. In multiple sessions participants learn how to deal with impactful challenges in their lives.
By the means of art making people learn how to manage their stress, cope with difficult emotions, tackle meaningful challenges, find inner strength and create a vision for the future. -
I offer my "Empower yourself through art" workshops in Loreto (learning institute), Zug. Since 2023 I am offering seasonally this program to adults.

1:1 sessions
-
I have helped many individuals overcome their creative blockage to enable them to draw, paint, sculpt without any shame. They take actively part in my sessions and paint their heart out. They understand that creating art is directly connected with their subconsciousness, their emotions and their intuition. My sessions assist them in identifying patterns and breaking free from them.
Every therapeutic art session is different and individual. I have a treasury full of art activities that I can offer my clients, according to their needs. -
I am experienced with in-person and online sessions. As well with multiple persons, for instance a family, a group of friends or a team constellation.
Team Building
-
I have organised several team events for companies who's employees have high demanding jobs. Either they wanted to do something creative to release stress, let go and have fun. Or they wanted to strengthen their team bound and work on a vision for the future. Whatever reason is why companies contact me, I always make sure there is a good atmosphere and people can enjoy and bound with their colleagues!
