Celebrating Creativity & Collaboration
Since 2021, Hands-on Art has been guiding therapeutic art workshops across central Switzerland. While Canton Zug remains our creative home, we’re increasingly spreading our wings, bringing the joy of art and self-discovery to new regions near and far.
Here, we showcase a few of our favorite Hands-on Art events—moments we’re especially proud of!

Team events, collaborations & more

Mindset growth workshops for Estée Lauder
We had the pleasure of hosting two therapeutic art workshops at Estée Lauder in Lachen and Wollerau for the Women in Supply Chain Network. Their teams discovered how art can help you slow down, foster introspection, and serve as a powerful tool to tackle challenges and nurture personal growth.
Team event for AWIAG
A kind manager approached me to organize a team event that would be truly different and full of fun—and mission accomplished! On a beautiful May afternoon, we set up a pop-up art atelier for the team in the company garden. Beforehand, most of the team—mostly men—weren’t sure what to expect, but they were pleasantly surprised by the joy of painting. With hands-on guidance, they overcame their inner critics, shared lots of laughter, and left feeling more connected than ever.

Art Therapy workshop for Stadt Schlieren
As part of Gesundheitwoche, I had the opportunity to highlight the benefits of making art for mental health. The entire workshop was centered around the theme of art as therapy. It was such an honor to be invited by Stadt Schlieren!
Creative self-Empowerment Workshops
Loreto, Zug
Since 2022, Hands-on Art has been collaborating with Loreto, the institute for leisure activities in Zug. Each season, locals can join our six-week self-empowerment workshop series. Over six evenings, participants unblock their creativity, overcome their inner critic, and discover the mindful power of making art.
Every session has a clear purpose: from relaxing through art, expressing emotions through painting, and exploring deep self-reflection in a mask-making workshop, to finding direction through visualization, discovering inner strength in a clay workshop where we create power animals, and finally bringing your vision to life in a vision board workshop.
In 2025, we were thrilled to offer a Part 2 of the series, with an even more advanced program for returning participants.

KREATIVZEIT in Langhuus, Cham
Since September 2024, Hands-on Art has been hosting painting workshops at Langhuus in Cham. A few times a month, this beautiful space is transformed into a creative atelier where locals explore their artistic side. It’s all about expression—there is no right or wrong. Participants paint by following their intuition and trusting themselves. Evolving from an open atelier to a fully guided experience, Laura pours her heart into every workshop. Since September, she has also introduced meditative painting sessions focused on relaxation and mindful creativity.
Vision board workshop for Roche
One of many inspiring team events we’ve hosted for Roche—so grateful to bring creativity and reflection into their workplace! Colleagues unleashed their imagination in a vision board workshop, dreaming big and designing their visions for the future. They also immersed themselves in a relaxing painting-to-music session and created a deeply reflective tree, blending creativity, mindfulness, and connection.

Yoga & Art at Lululemon

Together with Marie Brandalise, a professional yoga instructor in Zurich, Laura from Hands-on Art hosted a Yoga & Art event designed to spark intuition. Inspired by the eye chakra, Marie led participants through yoga exercises to awaken the third eye, followed by a painting session with Laura. The morning was truly magical, held in the bright, modern space of Lululemon, where a few lucky participants even received golden tickets with store discounts. A perfect win-win and a wonderful collaboration!
