tivity and therapeutic art coach, for a monthly meditative painting workshop in Langhuus in Cham, canton Zug. These workshops are a sanctuary after a busy day, where painting and mindfulness meet to help you relax, focus, and recharge.

Held once a month, each session welcomes about 10 participants—newcomers and regulars alike.


After work, you arrive in a peaceful environment, welcomed by a warm tea. We begin with a body scan meditation—a proven practice that grounds you, releasing tension and bringing full awareness to the present.


We then practice bilateral drawing—using both hands to balance the brain, tapping into intuitive creativity. In the background, we listen to theta binaural music—proven to guide you into a deeply relaxing state.


After grounding, we choose colors and begin painting. I guide you step-by-step through some techniques, so you feel confident expressing yourself.


By the end, you’ll have a personal painting, and we close with a wrap-up circle—a time to share and reflect.


As you leave, you don’t just take art with you—you take calm, focus, and sometimes new friendships in Zug, Zurich, or Luzern.
