About the event
We live in a fast-paced world where the pressure to perform is present in every aspect of our lives. Being the best version of yourself all the time is stressful and exhausting. In this art workshop you will have the chance to relax and let go of creativity-killing perfectionism. We forget about all the rules and we paint because it just feels damn good. We don't think about the outcome but instead we enjoy the process of playing with colors and art materials. And who knows, maybe the art work is telling eventually you something? Creating art brings our subconsciousness to the surface.
What you can expect:
- In a small group of maximum 5 persons you will rediscover your creative flow.
- You will learn how to beat your inner critic and you will gradually feel more confident in expressing yourself through art.
