#noarttalentisneeded
"Thoughts come and go,
words come and go,
ART stays with us."
Who are we?
Founded in the picturesque town of Zug, Switzerland,
Hands-on Art is the creation of Laura Latacz,
a certified Art Therapist on a mission to empower individuals through art.
Our purpose revolves around empowering you to embrace your most authentic self and to unlock your full potential.

Hands-on Art offers art workshops, but a little different.
In our art workshops there is no art talent required.
It is not our intention to learn you any techniques how to paint or draw in a perfect way.
We create art as a form of therapy. It is called art therapy.
In our workshops you will be creating mindful and intuitive art. We want to bring back your playfulness and your ability to let go and relax when you are creating art.

It is not the end result that matters but the creative process and the insights you derive about yourself.

Art therapy can be so powerful because it will trigger what's inside of you.

Why we love what we do
Here is what people say:
"Together with a small group of work colleagues I had the chance to participate in one of Laura's workshops. The goal was to disconnect from work and to create our own and very personal vision board. What can I say: I had a hard time going back to work after the session because I could spend forever creating my vision board. It was calming, relaxing and comforting at the same time. It is such a good way to strongly connect with (hidden) emotions and I enjoyed every second of it. Laura did a great job in meeting all expectations - even of those colleagues who had none :)"

I can HIGHLY recommend Hands-On Art! I have no art experience and can barely draw a stick-man…but you don’t need any art talent for what Laura offers. She encourages and guides you through a beautiful, immersive and creative experience where you are able to let go, get out of your head and free your mind to create beautiful pieces of art that are meaningful, unique and special to each person who creates them. Time flies during her sessions and you leave with an extra spring in your step. I have joined Laura for 3 sessions already and look forward to attending many more.

A few months ago I went to an art therapy session with Laura and I loved every minute of it ! Not only could I try new techniques I had never used before but the meditative guidance allowed deep hidden messages to come up and appear on the piece of paper. It was nice to seeing and aknowledging them.
I cannot recommend Laura’s workshops enough !

"Great experience, I really enjoyed the art therapy. No art skills are needed, but the effect is universal. I would highly recommend it to people undergoing lots of stress and also as a team-building exercise."
