The therapeutic art sessions take place without kids so that you can fully plug out and find your calm.
Your benefits:
1. Redefined Self-Care: Art therapy offers a rare chance to focus on yourself, enabling you to recharge and rediscover your passions beyond motherhood.
2. Explore Your Inner World: Through creative activities like painting, drawing, and collage, you'll express your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Art therapy opens a powerful avenue for self-reflection and personal growth. You will be guided throughout every art activity.
3. Cultivate Resilience: Art therapy empowers you with new coping mechanisms and resilience, helping you navigate motherhood's demands with greater effectiveness. Uncover strategies to reduce stress, boost self-esteem, and foster a positive outlook.
4. Connect with other mothers in Canton Zug: Our Art Therapy Group offers a supportive community of fellow young mothers who intimately grasp the joys and challenges of motherhood.
